Dear Neighbours,

Itchen Valley Parish are running a Parenting Children Course at St John’s Itchen Abbas from Tuesday 22nd January in the evening.  The course will be led by Julia and James Wright who are parents of four young children and involves a simple supper, a video and group discussion.  The course is entirely practical and (although it is based on Christian principles) you do not need to be a church goer of any kind to attend.  All will be very welcome.  It is great fun and very useful.  Lucy and I ran the same course about 5 years ago at St John’s.  There is no charge but you are welcome to make a contribution to the cost of supper.
