There is ‘something for everyone’ this Sunday as we enjoy together two very different carol services.
If you want to see the ‘nativity story’ being played out before your eyes by young and old together, please join us at our All-Age ‘Family Carols’ in St John’s, Itchen Abbas at 10.00am. No need to bring costumes: suitable head-gear will be provided!
Or if you’re looking for something more traditional, then I look forward to seeing you at 6.00pm for ‘Carols by Candlelight’ in St Swithun’s, Martyr Worthy.
These services are ideal to invite along our friends and neighbours—we’ll be singing eleven different carols across the two services!—and they should all be very familiar to residents in the Itchen Valley.
Let’s fill our beautiful churches with songs of praise!
