As a rare exception, regrettably the Clerical Register cannot provide us with an ordained priest to lead our 8.30am Holy Communion service this coming Sunday.  As an alternative, communion services can be found at the Cathedral from this link.

St Swithun’s Patronal Evensong

St Swithun’s, Martyr Worthy Patronal Evensong on Sunday 12 July at 6pm will include dedication of the new West Window by the Bishop of Basingstoke. All are welcome. There will be supper in the Village Hall after the service for which numbers are limited. Richard Cannons

Richard Cannons’ funeral will take place at 2pm this Friday 12th at St Swithun’s, Martyr Worthy – all welcome.  The family have requested that black clothes are not worn and that there are no floral tributes; instead donations can be made to Richard’s chosen charities which will be detailed on the service sheet.

Easton Garden Players

The players will again be donating all ticket sales from their Summer performances of A Bunch of Amateurs to St Mary’s Church, Easton restoration fund.
