Always fancied a sneak peak at some of the very best, most beautiful gardens in your village? Have you heard about the Easton Flower Festival and Open Gardens on Friday 17th to Sunday 19th June?
No need to imagine what wonders await discovery on the other side of those high manicured hedges and ancient walls. Here’s your chance to walk on into those gardens participating, thanks to their owners who are generously welcoming visitors.
Busy green fingers have been working hard preparing these hidden oases so that the gardens will be in their full glory in time to meet their public.
Remember to pop it in your diary now and make some time to come and visit. Come and enjoy the flower filled St Mary’s Church and stroll around the Open Gardens over the weekend. Pick up a delicious Judes ice cream along the way and then end your tour with some delectable tea and cake provided by Ina and her team in the Farmyard while you peruse the paintings on sale at the Art Exhibition featuring esteemed local professional artists and pick up a plant or two at the Plant Sale. What better way to spend a June weekend? And it is all in aid of a very good cause:
