Valley Worship this Sunday at 10am
We do hope you will be able to attend Valley Worship at 10am this Sunday (8 June) at St Swithun’s, Martyr Worthy.
This Sunday, as it is Pentecost we will be taking a break from our series on 1 Peter and instead will be focussing on the Holy Spirit. John Barber will be speaking on the following verses: Acts 2:1-4
When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. 2 And suddenly from heaven there came a sound like the rush of a violent wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. 3 Divided tongues, as of fire, appeared among them, and a tongue rested on each of them. 4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability.

Thanksgiving Service for Diana Ekins will take place at 2pm on Friday 6 June at St Mary’s, Easton (parking available in Old School Field, Church Lane).

We are delighted to announce that over £5,000 was raised at the Easton Flower Festival for St Mary’s building repairs, this includes a very generous gift of £1,000 from The Cricketers Pub. Thank you so much to everyone involved in this wonderful event.
