We have been asked to circulate pleas for help from two worthy activities
The Easton Garden Players are needing volunteers to supervise car parking on the 4th 5th and 6th July prior to the performances of “Murdered to Death” at Wincroft, Easton.
We are looking for two people to organise parking from 5:30 – 7pm on Friday 4th and from 3:30 – 5pm on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th.
All the money raised from the production is going towards St. Mary’s Easton restoration fund.
If you are free and would consider volunteering on one, two or all three afternoons please contact Anna McGowan on AnnaMcGowan1@aol.com or 07702 742950.
Many thanks from the cast and crew of “Murdered to Death”.

Preparations are underway for the Itchen Abbas Summer Fair on Saturday 28th June (12-3pm). We hope friends, families and the Itchen Valley community will join us to celebrate the School’s 150th year!
Any money raised from the event will go towards the new climbing frame.
To make this event a success we are seeking donations/help for any of the following:
• Raffle prizes
• Bottles and chocolate for the tombola
• Jars filled with sweets
• Books, toys, soft toys and games in good second hand or new condition
• Plants
• Cakes or baked goods
We’d also love to extended an invitation to any local services who might want to showcase their business. We’ll be making use of the excellent green space at the school, so plenty of room for extra tents and tables!
Please get in touch via hello@itchenabbasparents.
Thank you in advance for your kind support and we hope to see you there.
