We do hope you will be able to join us for our Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Parochial Church Meeting on Thursday 7th April at 7pm at St John’s Church, Itchen Abbas –  the meetings follow immediately on from each other.  These are very important annual meetings. The meetings will be preceeded by light refreshments and a chance to socialise – we do hope you can attend.

In the Annual Parish Meeting, the parish appoints Churchwardens.  At the Annual Parochial Church Meeting  the PCC makes various reports on the fabric of the church buildings and the parish’s annual accounts.  PCC members, sidesmen and the independent examiner are appointed.  The reports presented to the meeting take the form of the Annual Report for 2021 which follows:
