THE JESUS WAY: Learning to live the Christian Life – Revd Peter

I’d love you to join me on these five Wednesday evenings between now and the end of November.

I so enjoyed writing The Jesus Way. It was inspired by being asked to teach a clergy conference for the Anglican diocese of Kumi in northern Uganda, and then being asked how to explain the teaching of the New Testament to people who, in that context, might well not have access to any Bible or know much of its content.

On our first evening (Wed 14 Sept) I will take you to the final chapter of Luke’s Gospel and highlight the six key things we are being encouraged to focus on by the Risen Jesus on the first Easter Day.. And then in the following four evenings (28 Sept, 12 Oct, 9 & 23 Nov) we’ll start to look at four of them: The Resurrection, The Cross, the Holy Spirit and the Scriptures.

So, if you can, do please join me in St Marys’, Easton, for an evening of teaching and discussion—interspersed with some videos that I filmed in the Holy Land, USA and Africa. The evenings will start promptly at 7.30pm and finish by 9.00pm.

Copies of The Jesus Way will be available to purchase (£12) if you would like them.
