We are looking forward to something of a special weekend.
We have two events at St Mary’s, Easton:
- James Ekins’ talk form eye-witness experience on ‘Suez 1956’ this evening at 6.30pm
- and the ‘Coffee Morning with a difference’, accompanied by bell-ringing, tomorrow from 10.30am
On Sunday we will have three services:
- 30am Holy Communion (1662) at St Swithun’s, Martyr Worthy
- 00am Valley Worship at St Mary’s, Easton (with talk by Nicky Barber)
- 00pm Service of Prayer for Christian Unity (led by Lesley Ann Ritchie) at St John’s, Itchen Abbas
I look forward to welcoming you to any (or all!) of the above.
We continue to be in the season of Epiphany, celebrating the light of Christ being revealed to our world: below is the recording of last Sunday’s sermon on Jesus’ miracle at the wedding in Cana, in which he revealed his ‘glory’.
With love and prayers
Revd Peter
