Sunday Services – 14th May

This Sunday we look forward to our two morning ‘Hub services’ at St John’s, Itchen Abbas:

We start with our 08.30 quiet reflective service of Holy Communion, followed by some teaching (over coffee and croissants, thank to Sarah Hunt!) on Jesus’ parable of the lost sheep in Luke 15.Coffee, Croissant and ArtNext, at 10.00, we have our All Age Worship service, when Sarah Noble will be speaking about the Risen Jesus on the Emmaus Road (Luke 24), and we will be commissioning Georgie Walker as a Winchester ‘Street Pastor’.

And we finish the day—at 6.00pm in St Swithun’s, Martyr Worthy—with Choral Evensong, with Gerry Stacey speaking on Jesus’ words in John 14.

This is a lovely, wide range of services—and we hope you will be able to join us at one or more of them!

With love and prayers

Revd Peter
