What a totally brilliant idea!  A boot sale at Avington Park.  In the huge field beyond the haha in front of the house, dozens of cars were lined up to exchange the unwanted for the wanted and make some money for the church!

Thank you so much to Bullens for their hospitality and to Sarah Bullen and Vicki Low, strongly supported by Jacqui Squire and Helen Wayne for organising the event and everyone from Avington (and I mean everyone – a fantastic community effort) who put in so much hard work for one very very hot day in the beautiful Hampshire countryside.  A lot of fun committee meetings to put it all together! The day did really well, raising over £2650 for the Itchen Valley Churches!  Many many thanks from the PCC and Church Wardens!
