The Bible is a big and complicated book to read and for many it can be difficult to know where to start. Maybe you’ve been part of a Bible study group and want to build your confidence so you can study the Bible on your own, or maybe you need help connecting together the bits you’ve been reading. The Bible Course is a great resource, whether you are familiar with the Bible or just starting out. Lucy and I have heard from many people how completely excellent the course is and we are delighted that it is coming to Itchen Valley Parish.
The course is starting at St John’s Itchen Abbas on Tuesday 11th February and will be led by LLM Gerry Stacey (who works for the Bible Society which produced the course) – please let Beccy on admin@itchenvalleychurches.org or Gerry Stacey on Gerry.Stacey@biblesociety.org.uk know if you would like to attend – no need to tell us again if you have already notified either Gerry or Beccy.
