It was good to come together for our Parish Communion at St John’s Itchen Abbas on Sunday. Our Lectionary readings included both Psalm 23 and these powerful words from Simon Peter:

“He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross. … You were going astray list sheep but now you have returned to the shepherd and guardian of your souls.”
